- You will be assigned a sales rep and a client route to work with
- Liaising with these clients, telephonically, via email & in person (which will include meeting with clients on your own).
- Processing orders received from clients
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Directing inquiries from client to the relevant department
- Compiling monthly sales reports
- Maintaining sample requirements
- Processing quotation requests received from clients
- Processing of invoices as well as credit notes from this client list
- Following up with the delivery team on client’s orders that need to be delivered
- Be the contact person that these clients contact for any queries/inquiries
- Supporting the salesperson with other administrative tasks, if requested
