Ipek decides that she wants to divorce Fikret and focus on her work. Sureyya stays home to keep an eye on the new staff member, Anastasia.
She discovers that some other staff members are making her feel less than welcome, and gives them all a talking to. Fikeret discusses business with Adem.

Esma is shocked to hear Ipek is planning on divorcing Fikret. Garip tells Faruk that Fikret has offered to transfer his shares to him.
Ipek confronts Sureyya on the fact that she’s started playing the role of Esma. Fikret announces that he’ll be working with Adem.
