Your responsibilities
- Daily administrative tasks & operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the rental team administration tasks
- Focused support of the Real Estate Agents & the Licence Partner of the Office
- Customer Relationship Management with the Landlords & Tenants of the Rental Portfolio
- Working on the Payprop system for the functions needed in running the rental portfolio
- Liaison with our Head Office in Gauteng on national operational updates and changes affecting the E&V network
Your profile

- You are persuasive and have a special feel for discerning clients’ wishes
- You stand out with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- You have strong administrative skills and capabilities
