Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Ensure Installations Schedulers carry out their duties as assigned to them, within the specified KPI timelines
– Following a daily deliverable to ensure that all orders received are scheduled in advance
– Communicate with the Installations Manager on all incomplete installations which require rescheduling
– Ensuring that contractor capacity is clearly understood to avoid duplicate bookings
– Oversee the performance of installations schedulers to ensure that their KPI’s are met
– Ensuring that all systems are up to date as and when installations schedules are booked
– Weekly project planning and alignment between installations scheduling and installations coordinating
– Daily and weekly reporting on staff performance
– Time management of staff to obtain the greatest output
Desired Experience & Qualification:
– Matric
– Literate and numerate
– Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
– 2 years’ experience in an IT call center environment
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to communicate well telephonically
– Previous experience in satellite installations scheduling will be an advantage
– Ability to work on multiple cloud-based systems
– Team management experience preferable
– Previous Fibre experience will be advantageous
Package & Remuneration:
R20 000 per month
