Note that you will need your official South African ID or foreign passport in order to complete the registration process.
You should register to write the Foundation for Professional Development test(s) at your own choice of venue and date, at least one month prior to the date on which the Foundation for Professional Development test(s) is/are to be written. Please note that seats are limited at the Foundation for Professional Development venues. If you do not register and pay for the Foundation for Professional Development test(s) in advance, you will not be able to write.

Payments
All Foundation for Professional Development Registration Fees must be paid through the website. Take your Foundation for Professional Development registration letter with you to an Easy Paypoint near you to pay. You may also pay on the Foundation for Professional Development website: and then print out your receipt.
The Foundation for Professional Development Registered applicants who do not report for the Foundation for Professional Development scheduled tests, must again register and pay in order to reschedule a missed test. Please note that you may not write only the MATHEMATICS test.

Registration to write the Foundation for Professional Development is done through the Internet and takes about five minutes to complete.
