Introduction
The following position has become available in our Operations Department based in Kaalfontein.

Specification
- Attends to and processes credits promptly for all GRV’s.
- Investigates and processes credits for all claims received.
- Maintains GRV register.
- Generates monthly print out of packet stock and transfers stock to surcharge account.
- Investigates and resolves all debtor queries received.
- Forward copies of signed POD’s for the month to customers who require these documents before they can effect payment for their account.
- Ensures that written acceptance of delivery of POD’s send to customers are obtained and filed for record purposes.
- Assist with other admin as requested by the Depot Manager
Requirements
- Matric with Accountancy as a subject
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in creditors / debtors / general accounting
- Excellent time management, problem solving skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and admin skills
- Computer literacy essential – MS Word and Excel Level 2
- Knowledge of systems and aptitude for developing systems
