Job Title: Installation Scheduler – Fibre / Telecommunication

Minimum requirements for the role:
A matric is essential for this role.
Must be computer literate and numerate and communicate well with an outgoing and confident personality.
Previous experience having worked in coordinating technical IT installations is preferred but not essential.
The company is happy to look at anyone who has had good customer services experience either having worked in a call centre or related role.
Must be able to adopt a philosophy and corresponding processes that focus on identification and satisfaction of the customers’ stated and unstated needs and wants.
Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office software packages.
Focuses on meeting and exceeding the needs of internal and external customers by anticipating customer needs, delivering within timeframes and to quality standards, measuring customer reaction and maintaining necessary contact with customers.
Able to work as part of a team to achieve work goals and targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Facilitating communication between customers and installers thereby ensuring that excellent service is provided and all installations are done timeously.
Liaising with customers and staff regarding fibre installation upon receipt of PO.
Loading orders on Google Sheets to distribute to installation technicians (installations must be scheduled a day in advance).
Reporting on orders received, installations scheduled, rescheduled and the number of orders on hold, as well as the reasons therefore on a daily basis.
Keeping the CRM System updated at all times with relevant comments and dispositions against pos.
Following up on the status of installations to ensure that installations are done timeously.
Handling customer related queries and notifying end users of installations.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
