DETAILS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Location: Kemptom Park, Gauteng
Contract duration: 12 months
Wurth South Africa (Pty) is inviting candidates to apply for the position of Graphic Design Intern at the company. Graduates who have completed a Information and Communication Technology/ Web Development/ Graphic Design degree should apply.
Key Performance Area of the Programme:
- Creating images and designs for campaigns and promotions in various departments
- Assisting the Shop and Ecommerce departments with designs for print and digital, keeping in line with CI guidelines and taking direction from Marketing
- Assisting various departments in the company with various tasks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:
- Must have completed Matric (NSC) or equivalent
- Must have completed a Degree qualification in one of these fields: in Information and Communication Technology/ Web Development/ Graphic Design
- Must have a minimum of 18 months practical experience in web development or graphic design
- Must be computer literate
- Must have experience working in MS programmes (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe CC -Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Completed an Adobe InDesign or Photoshop course (advantageous but not essential)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
