Supervising all Functions of Three Workshop

Repair Workshop
1 Supervisor
5 Admin Staff
2 Repair Assistant
2 Repair Counter Clerk
12 Technicians

Weekly and Monthly Reports
Running Back Orders and oversee progress of customer and franchise repairs
Meet up with Deadlines on repairs
Stock control
Monthly stock counts
Monitor productivity of Technicians
draw up Technical reports
Customer Queries – Email/Telephonic
Dealing with Local and International Suppliers
Yearly Stock Take

All HR duties relating to w/s staff
Assembly Workshop
1 Supervisor
1 Runner
5 Assemblers (Technician)
Running Daily Top Up Reports
Assisting with Bill of Material
Productivity on Assembly Line
Yearly Stock Take
All HR duties relating to w/s staff
Stock Repairs / Rework Workshop
1 Supervisor
1 Admin Staff
1 Runner
5 Technicians

1 Networking Technician
2 Spray Painters
2 Gardeners
Stock Reports
Stock in and Out
Stock control

Qualifications

• N5 / N6 Electrical and or Electronic qualification

Work Experience

• Min 5 years Electronics/Electrical field
• Workshop Environment
