Job Title: IT Support Technician (Intermediate)

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on devices and services includes, but not limited to Windows, Linux, Mac, printers, routers, network peripherals, VoIP, Pastel, Office, Mails (POP, IMAP and Microsoft 365), DVR systems, telephonically, remotely, and onsite
Audit of new and existing customers
Setup of new computers, printers, routers, switches, AP’s
Documentation of customer IT Infrastructure, Network, Servers, Internet etc
Diagnose faulty hardware, repair, and recommend hardware replacements
Direct communication with Sales team to spec out quotations
Setup and configuration of routers and switches
Logging tickets on Ticketing system
Respond to monitoring alerts – Internet and servers
Maintenance on computers, servers, and networks
Identify IT requirements and recommend replacement
Follow company procedures and guidelines
Giving input and working with team members or management on new ideas for improvement or business growth
Admin upkeep of Asset Management internally and external customers
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Valid Driver’s license
Own vehicle.
2-3 Years IT Support Experience
Experience on Ticketing systems (Advantageous)
Mikrotik experience (Advantageous)
Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science / Engineering
Ability to work independently and in a team
Great communication, time-management (self management), and critical thinking skills
