Job Purpose
To ensure that relevant processes are administered, maintained and supported to meet the requirements of the department and business in line with the Group’s strategy. To support the business by ensuring relevant processes are administered and meet business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) by conducting processing activities within agreed timelines and parameters.
  • Minimize risk by checking and validating Waste (Written and stamping of teller entries) according to policies and procedures, i.e. verify client beneficiaries prior to crediting the account with the amount of the deposit.
  • Ensure that relevant processes specifically to Waste processing are administered by following procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy by capturing WASTE and correcting discrepancies timeously inclusive of image processing. Amount Capture and Codeline Capture; Amount Capture and Codeline Correction and Manual Credit Matching and Barcode Capture.
  • Accurately scanning and uploading of all Current, Savings and Investments signature cards, attention to correct account numbers, rescanned, rejected items. Balancing of cards received onboarding- instruction mandates and destruction of cards as per critical control checklist, etc.
  • Documents Prepping which includes Cash deposits and signature cards with 100% accuracy.
  • Daily departmental checklist adhered to and signed. Monthly acknowledgment of processes signed.
  • Requirements as per the critical control checklist are understood, adhered to and signed monthly
  • Understand and consistently meet client needs.
  • Ensure all queries inclusive of CRM 365 are responded to within SLA
  • Daily balancing of general ledger and suspense accounts, escalating all anomalies
  • Internal and external client liaison (Nedbank Retail, Cash Operations, DSV Mounties, SBV) for all WASTE-related matters.
  • Compile weekly, monthly MIS required for relevant reports and business overviews
  • Accurately capture and scan Global OTT documents
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Preferred Qualification
National Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration
Minimum Experience Level
  • At least 3 years experience with administrative and data analysis procedures
  • Minimum of 3 years banking experience
  • System Knowledge:
    • NTE
    • Sybrin Systems
    • CRM 365
    • Captiva
