Defne takes a pregnancy test and it shows vague signs of a positive result. She makes an appointment to visit the gynecologist. Kerem asks Kiymet and Yakup for a photo of his father and Yakup distracts him with work.

Defne finds out that she will never be able to be a mother. The doctor is very secretive and advises her to speak to Kiymet. When she does, both Kiymet and Kahraman act like Defne is in the wrong.

Kahraman confronts his mother about her and Defne. Kiymet faints under the illusion that the report was about her own medical issues.
