ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP
The SERR Synergy Learnership helps learners become familiar with the principles of team leadership and supervision in the Wholesale & Retail sector.
SERR Synergy will be awarding National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations Supervision learnership to suitable candidates. Once the 12 month programme is complete, learners will receive a NQF Level 4 qualification.
Learners will take part in pre-assessments and attend an interview before final selection. They must also attend an induction meeting.
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 14 days of the application closing date – if you do not receive feedback, regard your application as unsuccessful.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in applying for this learnership position should ensure that they meet the following criteria – failure to meet ALL of these requirements will result in your application being denied.
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 25 years old
- Completed Matric
- Not currently employed
- Not studying (or planning to study) during the course of the learnership programme
- Good command of the English language (able to read, write and speak English)
- Computer literate with basic computer skills
- Have started (but not completed) a tertiary qualification/ additional qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Have volunteer/ temporary working experience (advantageous but not essential)
