The HIPPO Partner Relationship Team has an exciting opportunity for an Account Administrator. The successful incumbent will contributes to the HIPPO business goals by delivering support and administrative functions to both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to all internal and external parties based on agreed categories (performance per
category, per partner & per product) and reporting requirements.
•Drive the implementation process between the IT department and the Account Manager to ensure accuracy and alignment in
terms of the product requirements.
•Ensure continuous communication and feedback between all relevant stakeholders in terms of the implementation process.
•Brief development team on all projects and enhancements.
•Ensure continuous testing of all related products on the Hippo website.
•Ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed in terms of implementation dates of any changes required by partners to their
products or pricing.
•Ensure that the partner/s receive accurate reports on monthly contacts generated for invoicing purposes.
•Ensure that both departmental and partner/s adhere to financial cut off dates.
•Confirm, compile and submit a report to the internal finance department which includes the figures agreed upon.
•Upon receiving invoices from the internal finance department, ensure accuracy of information displayed on the invoice.
•Ensure that all invoices and statements are sent to external partners.
•Manage and resolve partner queries relating to general product performance, monthly invoicing and statements, new products
and product enhancements.
•Leverage all available information from our partners, the industry, and internally to ensure we are constantly reviewing our
departmental processes, systems and
•protocols with a view to improve efficiencies.
•Analyzing current performance inhibitors and finding solutions to ensure business continuity.
Education & Experience Requirements:
•Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
•2-3 years working experience in an administrative capacity (essential)
•1-2 years invoicing experience (essential)
•Strong Excel Skills (essential)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential)
•Strong attention to detail and understanding of general business principles (essential)
