Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and document business processes, workflows, and requirements
Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
Assess the feasibility of automating business processes and recommend solutions
Work with development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables
Provide training and support to end-users
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with business process modeling and automation tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in SAP, SharePoint and process automation would be beneficial
