Betty and Zaza’s friendship is compromised when Betty fails to get Zaza the promotion and Duma decides that this relationship is not working out. Dingaan says his goodbyes to his father when he leaves in search of Delilah and the lost money.
Reggie and Sbudah work out a plan to pool their money for merch while Izzy tries to sell his data package. Linda is left behind as her friends tend to their husbands.

In A World Full of Fish, Be A Shark!
Although still mending a broken heart, Betty moves into her new apartment while working alongside Dingaan who seems hesitant about Sik doing actual business. Dingaan has to defend Archie Snr being a menace and staying at his mother’s while watching his relationship with Betty imploding.
Reggie and co have to retrieve their merch from the netball team and decide to sell their merchandise at the Meat Spot. Brandon is happy to get a second date and Zaza contemplates her next #ThickGirlGoalz vlog.

Manyonyoba (Creeper)
Betty is distraught that Dingaan and Brandon tell her they have to run her recently acquired Skoon through Nubia. Not satisfied with two small clients, Dingaan gate crashes Optics networking event and despite Max’s hubris, ends up cornering and wooing Francis, into pitching a big, quick turnaround contract.
Reggie & Co bag an activation with Javas. Brandon’s second date goes pear-shaped. Linda starts to feel lonely and is encouraged to begin dating.

Date Night
Betty is elated when Phumzile tells her she’s nominated her for YBW Award and that she is eligible to apply for funding but has to reluctantly accept that Sik will not be ‘a going concern’ and that Dizi is a thing.
After a last persuasive push, Dingaan is riding high when he gets confirmation that they will pitch for XCLM and, in a wild moment, ends up in Zitha’s bed agreeing to a friends with benefits situation. Reggie & Co throw a successful activation.

Pressured
Betty is pressurized by Dingaan to apply for the empowerment fund. To please him, she does it. But she grows jealous when she sees Zitha flirting with him. Dingaan rejects his team’s ideas for the XCLM pitch. His plan is to go glam and big.
Optics manages to get their hands on Nubia’s intellectual property. Reggie happily contributes at home after his activation. Brandon doesn’t get what went wrong with his date with Crystal. Linda contemplates an exclusive speed-dating event.

Betty’s jealousy is stoked again by a precocious Zitha, and cracks start to appear between Betty and Dingaan in the XCLM front. Dingaan decides to change the creative and the team works hard on their new concept in secret to avoid their idea being stolen again.
Brandon ponders what women want, misinterprets Zaza’s suggestion about lingerie. Linda goes to an exclusive singles speed dating event where she meets Akani who she is drawn to despite the age difference.

Betty must find a way to get back the R1-million from the fund that she accidently deposited into Izzy’s account. Dingaan does a PR campaign, rubbing Nubia’s win in Max and Duma’s face.
Reggie is in his element when the XLCM campaign is confirmed, even though he hides it from Betty. Linda is conflicted when Akani tries to call her and Brandon’s reflections on his childhood lead him to realise that he doesn’t want to lose Crystal.

It’s About Ultima-Time!
Betty decides to take a stand against Brandon and Dingaan controlling Sik Media while she finalizes her new apartment for a housewarming party. Nubia and Optics fail to agree/deliver on a key part of the campaign because of the growing tensions between Dingaan, Duma and Max.
Frustrated with a poor Waves signal that is costing him money, Izzy agrees to the Viva survey job while Linda tries to distract herself from thinking about Akani. Brandon works hard to recruit Zaza to help detox his masculinity so he can win Crystal back.
uBettina Wethu 3 airs on e.tv from Mondays to Fridays at 20h30, with a repeat at 17h00 the following day.
